Somos El Poder needs volunteers to help us with a range of roles. Here are some of the current roles we are looking for volunteers to help us with:

- Membership Recruitment- This is a role that will help us identify, approach and recruit new members for the Institute. We ask that volunteers give 6 hours a month at the minimum. All Membership Recruitment volunteers will be trained and supported.
- Newsletter- We would like to develop a monthly newsletter that is a compendium of cutting edge articles on Latinx fundraising, fundraising and other matters. These will come from Somos El Poder members, Board and outside writers.
- Programming- This role will assist the Chair of the Program Committee in the identification and recruitment of key trainers for Somos El Poder online classes.
- Social media management - helping to create content, schedule posts, and engage with our online community. Currently we only post on our LinkedIn page
- Career Page- We would like to develop a page for vendors to post jobs. This will require the creation of the page and most importantly advertising this service to recruiters and employers.
