At Somos El Poder we believe in having tough conversations that lead to real solutions. We believe in talking to people on the frontlines of key issues affecting nonprofits and philanthropy.
Are we moving the needle at America’s foundations around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion?
Has there been change and improvements in their structure, staffing, Boards, and especially their giving? There has been a great deal of talk and website statements about addressing decades of inequality. How are we actually doing? Our panel of philanthropic leaders will take stock and give us their inside assessment and talk about solutions to move forward. We will also place special emphasis on how the Latinx nonprofit community has fared in this time of change. Please join us.
Moderated by Diana De Jesus-Medina- Chair- Board of Directors, Somos El Poder
