Making an Organizational Assessment
We will have an assessment meeting with each new organizational member where we can talk to them about possible approaches to expanding their fundraising. Help them create a Growth Plan that includes reinvestment in fundraising. Do basic orientation to how to work with the SEP so all questions are answered up front and we launch a great new cooperative relationship.

Step 4: Uses resources and support, throughout the year to support implementation.
Our Instructors and Resources
Most of our instructors will be practicing fundraisers in the field. Wherever possible we will work to identify best practices in each fundraising methodology (see below). When that is not immediately available, we will work with consultants in this area.
We will work to develop resources for each fundraising methodology. Some will be live seminars, recorded seminars, articles and other relevant and helpful documents. We will work to create rich resources for any nonprofit leader needing support to implement new strategies. They will include:
We would like veteran development officers and other practitioners who have had experience with these fundraising methodologies to be available to answer questions and support other nonprofit leaders implementing these same fundraising methodologies.
